I had a great experience with Roto Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. We had an urgent plumbing issue in the evening, and Ashraf was able to come out around 8 PM, within about an hour of our call. That level of responsiveness alone was greatly appreciated. Ashraf was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was respectful of our home, communicated well throughout the process, and made sure we were completely satisfied before wrapping up. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would gladly recommend Ashraf to friends and family.

We had a difficult plumbing issue involving a broken shower cartridge that was stuck inside the valve, and Ashraf did an outstanding job resolving it. It was clearly not an easy repair, but he approached it with patience, skill, and professionalism. He took great care throughout the process, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving — including verifying that our hot water was working correctly again. What stood out most was how knowledgeable, respectful, and kind he was throughout the entire visit. The pricing was fair, the quality of work was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. .My service man did an excellent job! He was on time, communicated often during the process of adding a new line and parts including sink for my washer.which line was 29 years old and corroded. I recommend him highly.

I had a late night emergency with both bathrooms and both showers at the worst possible time. The technician was awesome. He showed up was professional explained everything to me and fixed the problem. Put everything back exactly the way it was and explained everything to me. I definitely would hope to get this technician again if I have another problem as I would definitely call the same company.

ASHRAF was prompt and thorough. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had the drain clear within minutes. Cleaned up after himself as well as washed the sink down from the previous back up. Went above and beyond. Thank you ASHRAF.
