Ross has a great selection of merchandise and you can find some really good deals. However, the organization could be much better. Many items are placed in the wrong size sections, so it's frustrating to find something you like only to realize it's not actually your size. Better organization by size would make the shopping experience much more enjoyable.

But I liked most about this particular store is that they have a huge men's section. It's very congested. Aisles are very small but they have lots of stuff to choose from. Using restroom was a pain because they will not tell me the code and they said go there and I will open it for you and nobody was opening and there were lots of customers waiting which was very inconvenient.

Everyone must bring their own shopping bag here because you will not be notified by staff or POS device if they run out of shopping bags. 20 cents won’t break the bank but this reckless attitude is quite cheap and disgusting.
