Never go here! The car wash is a complete ripoff. They don't tell you that you have to dry, vacuum, and clean the inside of your car yourself and they do not give you any supplies Other than wet dirty rags and a minimal suction vacuum. The worst experience of my life. I could have went to the car wash by my house for $8 and got a better wash. I will never return.

Gasoline, the light-skinned brother with dreads, was rude. Horrible customer service and accusatory about something that was wrong. Name , dinah proceeded to call the police and refuse service when he was the one that was wrong

Walked in for a soda and it was freezing inside. I asked the person who seems to be the manager (black dude with glasses who was training 2 ladys) why it was so cold in there and he said cuz today was hot, and I told him it wasn't that bad then he proceeded to say I was asking dumb questions. I told him he shouldn't be saying that (i mean he's the manager) he literally didn't give a damn and continue implying i was stupid. Bad customer service, and I was friendly he's response wasn't right.

I came in the middle of the night the guy was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was safe I was coming from a red eye flight in San Francisco to Fremont. I wanted to post this review because I read some of the negative reviews and it's amazing to me the extremes that people will go to say something negative if they don't get what they want if their egos aren't stroked enough. customer service does not equal you having yoyr control issues and your ego stroked . I've been in customer service and that's exactly why I left so here's a great review for people who are just trying to keep a roof over their heads and do their job. that's the ugliest thing you could do is write a negative review and affect the ability for somebody to keep a roof over their head because they were supposedly tired anf msybe fell asleepfor 5 minutes.people are human. People also do actually have instructions to say no they cannot let you in to use the restroom that could cost them their job so don't take yourself that serious.

Came at night/early morning and cashier was asleep. When he woke up, I asked to use restroom before making a purchase and pumping gas. He refused so I left.
