Joost at Rhino Adventure Gear is one of those rare people who knows how to deliver stellar customer service. I purchased an iKamper RTT, iKamper awning, and Rhino Rack roof rack, and had them shipped to the east coast so I could do my own installation. Joost was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I actually found myself wandering around their website to buy more stuff - just to reward them for restoring my faith that the art of customer service is indeed not lost! I wholeheartedly recommend R.A.G. You won’t be disappointed.

It should be 1/2 star I purchased a OPEN BOX Front Runner Water Tank With Mounting System / 42L. I did not use it and they refuse to take it back and give me a refund or even a store credit. don’t buy anything from this store if you might not like it after all or it was not what you were hoping for. I will not be supporting this local store.

Customer service team doesn't respond to emails or messages at all. Customer service seems is non existent. Ordered solarhawk 50w panel for ikamper paid for it online. After a week of ordering there was no response or status update on the order, sent them an email didn't receive any response. Had to call them and was told it will be shipped the following Monday. Monday came and went didn't hear any update. After a couple of days received notification of order cancellation and a generic email . The good thing was that the refund was made promptly. Sent another email to find out a real reason and an alternative but once again received no response. With such a customer service do not know how they run their small business. Very disappointed and probably will not ever try to buy from them again . Reply to Response from Owner: Thanks for clarifying, if I was told of this issue earlier I could have made alternative arrangements without going through freight forwarder. It would be great if you have international shipping and will check your website after couple of months. I am still interested in your unique product.
