I stayed in Room 214 for two nights. The staff was very friendly, and I had no concerns with the overall look and feel of the room. I travel weekly for work and rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share a few issues that significantly impacted my stay as a business traveler. First, the shower water temperature was inconsistent, frequently shifting from cold to hot. When I inquired, I was told this is a known issue in the mornings. While I appreciated the Bonvoy points provided as a gesture, the underlying problem remains a concern. Second, I noticed multiple rodent traps around the property. While I understand and appreciate proactive pest control measures, it is concerning when traps are visibly exposed, damaged, and in one instance, accompanied by a dead rodent nearby. Additionally, around Building 2, there was a noticeable amount of garbage in the planters, along with broken sprinkler pipes scattered throughout the area. Third, the market was the most understocked I have encountered at a Residence Inn. I arrived late in the evening and typically rely on being able to purchase a quick microwave meal or beverage. However, the market only contained a small, partially stocked refrigerator with limited drink options and no food available. I recognize that some of these issues may not affect all guests, but as a frequent traveler, I have come to expect a consistent standard from Residence Inn properties. Unfortunately, this location fell well below that expectation.

A typical residence inn. Same room layout, same breakfast food(but small dining area), rooms were clean but dated. Shower is bath tub and wall mount shower head. Front desk service was friendly and helpful. They charge for parking per night USD 16 tax included.

I knew based on reviews and pictures that this hotel was on the older side so I wasn’t upset when I got my room. The man who checked me in was great (wish I got his name). I asked for a top floor room. He mention the other rooms by extended stay were a little darker so he found me a room in the first building. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I could hear my neighbors and a few dogs barking. They do charge for parking and tax on parking which was annoying.

Definitely not what you would expect. Rooms are old, smell musty. TVs are small definitely not worth the money will not stay here again or recommend to my co-workers. Checking in the man was less than friendly, just polite. If I had option to take back my reservation, I would have went somewhere else. Definitely not Marriott quality

I did not receive room service my entire week long stay after specifically requesting it. Also yesterday, Jun. 25 at 7:58am I made a call about a clogged toilet. The lady on the phone said they would send maintenance at 9am to clear it. I arrived back at the room at 7pm and the toilet was still clogged with maintenance never having arrived. Unacceptable. Internet is horrible too
