I had such an amazing experience with Annie at Reflections Hair Designs. I came in after a haircut I wasn’t happy with, and she completely fixed my hair. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure my hair looked blended, healthy, and full again. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so kind and easy to talk to. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair — I absolutely love it! I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Annie if you want someone who really knows what they’re doing!

went there on 5/27/26 after work. asked if they accepted walk inns she(Annie) said "yes come on in!" she is very welcoming. i told her what i needed and how crappy i have been feeling because of my hair. she listened to what i wanted and from what i can tell is amazing at what she does! i feel confident today. Thank you Annie!

I've gone to Annie since highschool. She and her staff are great! Currently I have a boy cut and it's cute! Annie did exactly what I wanted and needed. It's always worth it for me to travel to Niles from Santa Clara for services at Reflections!

I was impressed by all the good reviews. I asked for someone experienced in short haircuts. Well, after looking carefully at the haircut they made I realized it isn’t even straight.

Saturday 5th April , I took my son to a salon for a haircut. Before the process began, I showed the owner a picture of the style I wanted, and she assured me it would suit my son. However, when the haircut was finished, it looked entirely different from what I had shown them. When I pointed this out, the explanation was that my son's hair type couldn't achieve the same result. This left me frustrated because, if the stylist already knew that the style wouldn't match his hair type, they should have informed me beforehand, instead of agreeing to something that wasn’t realistic. It felt like their primary interest was in taking my money rather than delivering what I requested. The salon initially welcomed us warmly, asking about our preferences, but ultimately they provided a result completely different from what I had asked for—and casually dismissed my concerns. Their lack of accountability left me feeling that arguing with them was pointless, as they didn’t care to make things right. This experience has left me disappointed, and I’ve decided not to return to the salon.
