I’ve been to several Red Wing stores and have worn Red Wing boots for the past nine years. The service and level of care at the Fremont location consistently go above and beyond my expectations. Patience, integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic are the qualities that come to mind when I think of this team. Every employee I’ve worked with has been excellent, but I especially want to recognize Gustavo and Adrianna. They have each helped me on multiple occasions and have always done an outstanding job. Their service is a major reason I remain loyal to Red Wing and will continue choosing this brand.

Stopped by this morning and picked up a pair of work boots for my new job I will be starting in a few weeks. I definitely recommend the inserts if you’re going to be on your feet all day, u can definitely tell the difference. I’ve had Thorogood boots before so I wanted to try this kind out and let’s see how they hold up at the new job.

Adriana helped us and she was great. My boyfriend got fitted for work boots and she was able to make recommendations and helped us find the perfect shoe with insoles to go along with it. Amazing customer service. Shoutout to Adriana!!
