I wish I could say my experience was the same as everyone else in the reviews. I was really hoping to get the same stellar treatment I read about. My fiance and I found an ideal home and unfortunately when we drove by we found the agent was not even going to entertain us. I'd called to set an appointment and the agent, May, was unprofessional, not ready to take any work based calls despite her cell being advertised on the for sale sign. I asked if I could speak to the agent listed and we went around in banter that felt more like a conversation when you call the wrong number on accident than an agent looking to actually make a sale. I asked for a viewing of the home and I was met with "are you pre-approved?" My fiance and I wanted to confirm this was what we wanted to settle on as we are 1st time home buyer and we are using his VA benefits which take time to close. Instead of being inquisitive and working with us she flat out told us to get pre-approved and that was the end of conversation. I've worked with other Realtors who offer more finesse and class that offer communication and understanding of circumstances. Needles to say I won't be recommending nor purchasing through them.

Absolutely horrible place.Beware! My mother in law (68+) met with Lisa Benavides for an interview. She pressured her to sign documents without fully explaining the 21 page documents. We called her explaining we needed to no longer list the house 1 hour later since there was a family emergency. she kept avoiding and deflecting the questions. Now she flat out refuses to end the contract. Beware she will take advantage of the senior citizens who are "alone".

What the heck Jim Lopez! Have some ethic and dignity . Stay away from this agent , very unprofessional and has anger issue ! The brokerage , please educate your agent to how to treat clients better, or human being in general speaking . Everyone can be a real estate agent , but not everyone is a good person or good agent !! This agent needs to go back to re study what is real estate principle or have his license removed !
