I and my wife worked with Mohua di for our first home and I'm so glad I chose her. She was like an elder sister to us and made us extremely comfortable from the very first moment we met her. She is easy to talk to and work with. She gave us a number of valuable advice along the entire process of home buying and she explained every small step along the way and happily entertained our repetitive naive questions about the home buying process. We recently worked with Mohua to find our home and it was a wonderful experience. We will highly recommend her. We were first time home buyers with very little knowledge about the competitive bay area market as well as home buying process. Mohua was very helpful in showing us properties and recommending the correct ones for our needs. Overall she made this process very smooth and was always just a phone call away whenever we needed her. Because of Mohua’s expert knowledge we were able to get our house even though there were multiple offers on this property. After that she helped us with closing comfortably in time. Mohua assisted us in our first-time home purchase like an elder sister. She was the real guide without whom we would have been lost. She understood our situation and advised us at every step which ultimately led to a smooth and timely closing. She was promptly responsive all through and patiently replied to all our novice queries. The best experience I had with Mohua, is when she drove to the property location (given the bay area traffic) to be personally present when the appraiser visited the property (which she was not really required to do). Many times we had a lot of back and forth with the seller's agent and the communication was handled by her very efficiently and effectively. We consider ourselves lucky to have a realtor like Mohua. I highly recommend her for anyone looking out for a realtor.
