Selling or buying a house can be a daunting and stressful experience. From searching and selecting the right real estate agent, the whole process can be daunting. When it came time to sell our home, we were lucky since one of our friends referred us to Rajeev. Our friends were right. From the first meeting with Rajeev and Monica, we knew they only had our best interests in mind. They discussed our scenario in detail, gave recommendations and then gave us time to decide while never rushing us to sell and still answering all other questions we came up with while we were not ready. They looked at our relationship as a long term connection rather than one time interaction. After we gave them a go ahead, Rajeev didn’t put the home on the market until it was ready. His vendors worked hard and our home was ready for market faster than expected. We sold our home for a great price after only one weekend open home. Just like our friends, we have and will continue to recommend them to everyone we meet!
