After paying membership, most of the time they are closed and broken down and employee who worked there not happy to wash your car. They just wanna avoid the people they just wanna hang around and talking to each other. That’s what they do whenever you go. They look at you in tough way. Highly not recommended.

They have the space to improve their system. Advise them to look at Extreme Express Car Wash in SJ. Providing clean towels and cleaning spray would drive in more business. For Fremont if you just need a quick exterior wash and DIY vacuum, this works.

Not great, but it's a good car washing service center at a very reasonable price. They have self-vacuuming available for interior cleaning, which you have to do yourself, but it's free with your subscription. Subscription plans start from 19 bucks.

I’ve been a weekly customer here, bringing in my BMW for the Platinum service, which I expect to be a thorough, high-quality wash. Unfortunately, it’s a bit hit-or-miss, with the staff sometimes picking and choosing what they attend to. The bug prep spray, for instance, is inconsistent; some days they use it, others they skip it altogether, even though it’s part of the service. One of my biggest frustrations is the rims. Every time I come, I end up needing to clean the rims myself because they’re left with spots and don’t look like they’ve been given any extra care. Another thing to note is the towel situation. While they advertise clean towels available near the vacuums, this is rarely the case. If you want a towel to dry the windows, you’ll need to ask specifically before you start, or else you’ll end up hunting one down after the wash. Overall, I’d say the experience is average – they get the basic job done, but for a premium package, the attention to detail and consistency really need improvement.

Loved the service. There was little confusion to pay the the service however it wasn't a problem. There was queue so took 15-20 minutes to complete the car wash. Car wash options start from 12$. There is another for 15$ which has 4 workers ( 2 to clean car with water and soap before entering the car wash area and 2 for wax coating and drying the car). It was very satisfactory experience as 12$ for whole cleaning. Must visit here for car wash 👍
