Kevin was amazing! I have a full sleeve tattoo, so I’m always a little nervous about getting poked but he made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. I really appreciated his technique of actually feeling for the vein instead of just relying on sight. It was quick, smooth, and barely felt like anything. On top of that, my doctor had submitted my order under the wrong code, and Kevin was able to fix it on the spot. That honestly made my day because the out-of-pocket cost would not have been great. Highly recommend! P.S. Make an appointment online at least 2 days in advance, you’ll be in and out. Walk-ins take much longer.

This place is an absolute piece of garbage. Walked in and waited for 5+ hours without being acknowledged. I could even accept that because I was a walk in if they had simply told me they couldn't see me. I was the last patient waiting until the cleaning team came in and asked me if I needed help. All along, NO ONE from Quest had acknowledged my presence. They knew full well I had been waiting for a long time. When they processed the last patient, they simply locked the lab door and let the cleaning crew to deal with me. I cannot think of another time an establishment would treat their customers like this. I hope someone at the Quest Diagnostics would read all these negative one star ratings and do something about these horrific treatments their customers received. What garbage!

Got a bit frustrated at first because you pay online then head in but it asks if you have an appointment or not and their touch screen (on the right at least) sucks lol But Ofelia called me shortly after force pressing my info in and I got my TB blood drawn swiftly and probably was in and out in 15 minutes.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I came in as a walk-in at 9AM and they told me to make an appointment for 11 since the wait time would be long. Fine, no biggie, my fault for not making one in advance. I make the appointment and come back at 11, and check in on my phone as I pull into the facility parking lot. I walk in at exactly 11AM, and wait 7 minutes until I notice my name isn’t on the check-in list. I ask someone about it, and they inform me that they “called me several times” IN THE TWO MINUTES IT TOOK TO WALK THERE and took my appointment off the list and to CHECK IN AS A WALK IN AND WAIT 40 MORE MINUTES. So, so disappointing and frustrating. Do not patronise this entire chain of labs, they’re not worth your time or money.

Do NOT use their “convenient” wait outside check in option. They don’t even give you 4 minutes to get inside before canceling your appointment and forcing you to wait in standby as a walk in. My appointment was at 1:00PM. They texted me at 1:17PM and I walked in at 1:20PM. I waited to be called and then noticed my name had been removed from the checked in list on the monitor. I asked a person at the front (which took another 10 minutes because no one works up there) and they stated they canceled my appointment because I was a no show. It literally had been 3 minutes. I was forced to wait an additional 45 minutes because of this. The last straw for me was when another customer came up and mentioned the same situation about their appointment and they let him in no other questions asked. After that I got up and left to find an appointment elsewhere. I will never come back to this location.
