Got my oil changed and maintenance done here a couple months ago, I do enjoy their online appointment system that allows you to see cost breakdown and opt in or out of services easily. Text updates were convenient, service was fast, technicians were nice. The reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 stars is because I got my oil change done again at the Toyota dealership and they told me that the previous place I had gotten my oil changed at (Quality Auto) had forced the oil plug back in the pan, causing the threads to strip and damaging the oil pan, resulting in a necessary replacement of $700. If the attention to detail was there or at least a notification that this had happened, I’d be okay with it, but I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and that I had to find out like this.

Amor? was very kind and friendly! I also really appreciate that he used to work with Nissan for years, so that helps me trust him more with the care of my Nissan Rogue. I came in for an oil change, got that in addition to wiper fluid and coolant fluid being topped off, and adding air to my tires. HIGHLY appreciated, I will definitely coming here for the rest of my maintenance needs now. :)

Excellent service and reasonable price! People there are professional and sincere, they really consider for the customers and won't let you pay more than you really need. They help me change the shocks and break discs & pads of my 4Runner, now it is ready to take another 100k miles with me.

Came here to have my brakes looked at off a coworker recommendation. I was attended to quickly and my car was ready to be picked up the same day. Both the attendants at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, explaining the whole process and keeping me updated via phone as the mechanics progressed. Car now runs perfectly and I will absolutely be returning if I have another car issue in the future.

I stopped on the freeway and came to QualityAuto to fix my Volkswagen. They help me to fix steering column, control module and crank position censor. All the staffs here are really nice and honest! Recommend this shop if you have some problem with your car
