I had a great experience today — my barber did an amazing job! She was professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. The haircut came out exactly how I wanted, and I’m really happy with the result. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back! It’s a gem, a well hidden gem. We just moved to the area and we are blessed to have found Sabrina and her little shop, she is so professional and the shop is so clean and well kept. I took my brother for a haircut, he is never been happy with anyone else’s cut before, but this time he was happy he even let me take pictures to post this review! I got my eyebrows threaded and the results were equally beautiful. The price is unbeatable. I am going to take my husband there and my own kids. So so so happy we found a favorite hairdresser right by our new home.

This is my 2nd time at Proper Cuts after my first cut last time. A little gem in Niles, that I found because I was unhappy with hair cuts after trying many places in Fremont. This place is amazingly great and refreshing. 1. For my kid and myself, we were asked the cutting level- 1, 2, 3, 4...etc...I asked the definition and once I understood I selected one and it was spot on when I finally saw the outcome for both me and my kid. 2. I dont think I have seen this comprehensive level of hair cutting, looked like a lot of processes were followed that I have never seen for a long time in this area. You cant see all, but you know the feeling. Yes, one can see the when come out and look in the mirror or your family members say...this time it looks great--did you change the place...yes, I did and for all good reasons. 3. There is plenty of free parking right in front of this place in Niles area, so thats never an issue. Also, its cute little Niles downtown where there are other very cool stores if you have not been to Niles, it can be surprisingly different, traditional and full of fun. I strongly recommend this place for all hair cut needs. Points that come to my mind for he is skilled, hard working, attention to details, customer friendly...and as always I strongly support hard working local small businesses.

I would give this place zero stars. I asked for a fade, and instead, they started cutting the hair off one of my earlobes and the neckline was uneven. I was there for 1.5 hours, and all I asked for was a fade.They cut the right ear and now if the right ears hair starts growing I’m gonna has to keep cutting it for the rest of my life. Left photo left ear and right photo is right ear. It was baby hair too. I went home and fixed the hairline myself.

Omg! This place was an amazing find for me. Came here after seeing the reviews. The place exceeded my expectations. Let me say this place should be named “Fabulous Cuts”as the haircut was more than proper for me. Sabrina is a thorough professional, not only she gave me a fabulous haircut, but also has an absolute phenomenal personality. She is sociable and it was a joy conversing with her. This will now be my go to place for haircuts in future👍
