I am afraid we have been frauded. Neil did our taxes and said he submitted them but it's been over a month and no refund. When I try calling his mailbox is full and he won't respond to my emails. We paid over $750 for her service and were expecting a refund. Not sure what to do at this point. Very worried.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I scheduled an appointment with Neil last week to meet at 9:00 AM in his office today. When I arrived (no more than 4 minutes after 9), the office door was locked, and no one was there. I double-checked the suite number, asked someone in the building if I might be in the wrong place, and still couldn’t locate him. I called twice with no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I also emailed to let him know I was on-site and trying to reach him, and I received no response. I then tried contacting him through the online tax document portal chat function (which he instructed me to use to upload my documents), and still no response. I took time off work and used PTO to make this appointment. Given that I was asked to upload sensitive personal information (driver’s license, SSN, and tax documents), being completely ghosted at the last minute is unacceptable. I would not recommend a tax professional who confirms an appointment, is a no-show, and provides no communication.

We have been using Professional Tax Services for over four years. As busy individuals, their virtual services have been the perfect fit for us. We upload our documents through their online portal, Tax Dome. An email is sent out when your taxes return document is completed as well as if your tax return has been accepted. Communication is typically handled via email or messages through Tax Dome, though we prefer email. We usually receive a response within the time frame listed on Yelp—two to three business days. They also offer a customer service phone number, but we mostly rely on their virtual services. In addition to filing our annual taxes, they also assisted us when we were audited one year. Overall, our experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend their services.
