we had a really good experience with our roofer. at first, i checked with the bbb just to make sure everything was legit since they knocked on our door here in ste fremont and offered roofing services. their record looked good and now, after working with them, we're totally satisfied. brett was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. he also helped us with referrals for insurance and explained which roofing materials would be best for our home, especially with the hot california weather. scheduling could have been tricky, but thanks to their personal attention and commitment, they started the roof work even while we were away on vacation. i was a little worried about debris around the fish pond and the dogs, but everything was cleaned up well and there were no problems. it felt good to support a local small business, and now we feel like we have a new friend in the area. we’ve already recommended them to neighbors, and the house next door got their roof fixed too. now we have no more leaks or missing shingles, and the new roof makes the whole neighborhood look better while keeping up property values. best part is, our insurance rates haven’t gone up.

This review is long overdue, but the roofing team was truly outstanding. After checking my roof, Brett took time to clearly explain the damage he found, how the roof replacement would work, and which roofing options made the most sense. He also pointed out a few other problem areas around the roof system and explained why they should be handled before they turned into bigger issues. No one else was that thorough. The estimate was fair and easy to understand, and the payment plan option made the whole project much more manageable. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, stayed focused, and worked hard from start to finish. They completed the roof in one day, and the finished shingles and overall workmanship look excellent. They also did a great job cleaning up the property and leaving everything neat. During the project, part of the ceiling inside the main bedroom came down, and they took care of that right away without any hassle. That level of care really stood out. You can tell they take pride in their roofing work and treat your home with respect. I compared other roofers before making a decision, but this team clearly stood above the rest. I am very happy I chose them and would gladly use them again for gutters and any future roofing needs.
