⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience working with Prerana and Betul to purchase our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions and concerns, and they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. When an issue arose during our transaction and I was feeling stressed, Prerana personally called to check on me, answer my questions, and calm my nerves. That level of support meant a lot and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication helped us navigate every step with confidence. Prerana and her team were recommended to me by an agent-friend. I needed to sell a townhome in Newark, CA while living near Sacramento. Prerana went the extra mile for me. First, she is VERY EXPERIENCED in all aspects of the market, from property preparation to inspections to value analysis to listing. Second, she is FULLY MOTIVATED to get the property spiffed up, listed, and sold as quickly and efficiently as possible. Third, she is VERY ASTUTE with offers, negotiations, and counter-offers. She is a shrewd practitioner of negotiation skills. Lastly (and possibly most importantly), she is a CONSISTENT COMMUNICATOR who kept me up-to-date on each step of the selling process. Prerana and her team were very professional, efficient and thorough with the purchase of our condo. They were very prompt with showing us all the available units, informing us of all the documents, inspections etc. and made the process of closing very smooth. They continue to help us with our settling in questions and any issues we run into. Great team.

Thank you for everything. My brother had passed away, I had to clean out his house and I decided to sell it. When I first arrived, I had so much on my mind. Before I went down, I thought it was going to be a 3 week process to clean out my brothers house, I was wrong. I had so much to do, but your team made it so much easier, you knew who to call and all the inspections. A person from your team was always at the inspection (Thanks Betul) I don't know who picked out the Title company. But, They called a mobile notary to come to me to sign the title papers. Thank you, I could not have done it without your team.

I generally don't write a lot of reviews but felt compelled to write this one. We were looking for our first home in Bay Area and were very stressed about it but after meeting Prerana, we knew we were in good hands. Prerana and Team helped us find our first home in Bay Area. They were very responsive and were available for us at any time we needed them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are grateful to them and would recommend them to everyone.
