Abdul was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did everything to make us feel welcome and confident about buying our new Crosstrek Wilderness. Showed us exactly what we were looking for, no games, high pressure tactics, just calm & focused and provided honest information. Excellent follow through and customer service. Kevin in finance was thorough about explaining everything and giving us options, great sense of humor. Everyone we met was friendly and conscientious. 10/10 would recommend and purchase from again.

I took delivery of my new Subaru Solterra and I have to say, this was, hands down, the easiest and most pleasant buying experience ever. Zobair walked me through the process, all online, since I live in the North Bay. No high pressure sales, no long waits to check with the manager, just straight up good service! They delivered the car to my house on time and Solomon the delivery person was so kind and thorough. I would buy from Premier Subaru again without hesitation!

I would especially like to recognize Sid Vergara for his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I did everything online as I knew what I wanted and Zobair was super helpful from start to finish. The process was super easy and smooth and I was in and out in my car within 15 minutes! Can recommend them and Zobair enough!
