We have had a relationship with Craig and Sandra Thompson of Premier Properties for over 20 years, both in managing our rental property and, most recently, representing us as our broker for the sale of our house. As property managers, they have consistently found good tenants through their screening processes and have been prompt in keeping us aware of any maintenance needs. As our broker, they provided good advice on recommended upgrades and pricing strategy and managed the bid process very well, resulting in the sale of the house at a price we were more than satisfied with. I would highly recommend Premier Properties to anyone needing property management or property selling needs.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Premier Properties. This company does not honor equal housing opportunities, despite the Fair Housing Act and local anti-discrimination laws. This practice is unfair and discriminatory, making it much harder for individuals to find safe and decent housing. Everyone deserves access to fair housing without bias.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Premier Properties. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful and rude. It’s appalling to see such outdated and harmful attitudes in this day and age. I would strongly advise against doing business with a company that treats its customers so poorly and perpetuates such unacceptable behavior.

Premier Properties are the finest group of people I have worked with in the over 10 years I have owned and rented my property. Mr & Mrs. Craig Thompson are helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in all the transactions I have had with them. Highly recommend this company.

Sandra Thompson and Craig Thompson don't value their customers at all. Not responsive and keep making excuses for not doing work. They are a family business and never commit to their work. I have seen much better mannerisms and responsiveness from others. Unless a customer says its legally binding clause as per the terms on paper they will not get any work done sadly. Their negative ratings speaks volumes for their poor quality of service. Totally unprofessional folks. I wish their was a way to give a negative rating, they don't even deserve one star
