Over the years, I have been to many dental professionals and had many dental procedures. With my medical condition, finding a dentist who is capable and qualified to handle my oral complications, is daunting. I'm happy to report that I found one! With Tori at the front desk who answered my calls and texts so efficiently, and helping me save an incredible amount with just my dental savings card, to OIeydis(?) who takes really clear X-rays, the office is welcoming and also sophisticated. Dr Aryaan assessed the situation and determined the best treatment plan. Usually this would take a while to set up, but he's proactive and because of risk of infection, he gets the job done. He is an incredibly nice person and obviously very bright, who listened to my convoluted story and actually understood. I'm so happy to find this cheerful place and I look forward to going back. I understand the name "Precious" now. This dental office is a rare gem.

Our family had been going to Dr. Vaishali for over 20 years and had always taken care of all our dental needs. Even after moving further from Fremont, we chose to stay with her as our dentist because we are satisfied with her all around. The staff at Precious Dental are all very friendly and helpful specially when it comes to working with us on our schedule.

Dr Bhavsar has created an excellent dental care clinic. All the dentists and office staff are excellent, and their equipment keeps getting upgraded too. Been going there for a very long time!!

I’m sharing my experience for improvement of this dental care. - I felt unattended most of the times as the doctor is busy with 4 patients at one time. - the doctor despite being kind and having a good manner is in hurry and do multitasking while working on a patient. - I visited here for a crown placement - the doctor while working to adjust my crown’s height and grinding it was talking with another patient and grinded the grown to its base that I can see a hole within the crown as shown in the photo. - I objected the crown look and the fact that it won’t last another five years for me if it’s damaged this way. The doctor has set an appointment for another 4 weeks so I can get a new crown and I am afraid that my actual tooth is not damaged in the next procedure. - I am not happy with the time I am wasting and potential damage due removing a permanent crown which is damaged and going to be replace with the new one. I hope this matter is taken seriously and the needed attention is provided to each patient being served rather than multitasking at the same time over several patients. Update: the crown placement procedure that happened on 03/26/2024 despite the crown got damaged, the crown was not cemented ok. In my first bite of food that I started it with eating a date - since I was confident that it’s a permanent filling I normally starting eating almost 4 hours after the crown placement, the crown was removed and I swallowed it and I knew after 5 seconds when I sensed something in my throat. I will call the doctor’s office today 03/27/2024 to let them know and update their actions. I feel very unsatisfied and I hope this is just an incident and not a normal occurrence with all patients. The doctor's office tried to show this incident down and requested me to wait for another crown replacement. I really don't wanted their service as they look very unprofessional thereby I refused to take their service - and they happily let me go. I see additional claims within my insurance records for false services including deep gum cleaning, Fluoride treatment, and Oral Exam. I have informed this dentistry to remove their false claims, also reported the same to my insurance. Updates will be shared further soon!
