Let me start off by saying, I had a really tough time deciding to return to Porsche Fremont. The last I came was in 2018 and had a not so good experience. Since I haven’t had the same car serviced in a while, I decided to give Porsche Fremont another chance. I am so glad I did. I had the pleasure of being assigned to Joe Nguyen. It was a little intimidating as all the other cars getting serviced were newer and better so I didn’t know if I was going to get treated in the same care. Joe was awesome from start to finish. He knew I was a little strapped on what can be repaired at the time and also saw the shock after the assessment. He went above and beyond and actually helped me make a sound decision on what to prioritize on. He connected with my needs as if it was to advise his own family member. I was able to make a decision (spent more!!) on prioritizing what to fix first and what to come back for later. I will definitely be coming back. I ended up getting a lot more repairs than initially expecting but I stayed with Joe even after getting a much lower quote from an independent European center. The caring service he provided sold me to stay and also come back for any future needs. Thank you Joe and the master mechanic (sorry I forgot his name but Joe introduced me)!!! Awesome service. Lastly, I think you have put a whole lot more care (or talented detailers) on the wash and vacuum. This was awesome even to the wheels! Way way WAY better than I remembered. Thank you again! Johnny

We had the pleasure of working with Calvin Liang at Porsche Fremont for our recent purchase, and it was a terrific experience. I took my car to have the transfer case to be repair. They did a great job. The service agent was very helpful and courteous. I had to go pick up car late because I had to fly away early the following day. He stayed past closing time so I could pick up my car before my trip the next day.

I purchased my new Porsche from this dealer on the recommendation of a friend that had several transactions with them. I was very happy with their level of communication during the spec, ordering and building process. It's been two years now and the service department has been great with my annual service appointments. I couldn't be happier with my decision on the car, options, and staying with the service department at Porsche Fremont.
