I haven’t had Popeyes for a while. When I was young, it’s one of my favorite chicken fast food chains and it still is! The place is small though. Not many people since it’s a weekday. The chicken pieces are big compared to other chains. The skins are crispy and meat tastes delicious with good seasonings. Also, there were chicken pieces I see at front where the workers can get as soon as your orders of chickens have been placed. They do have limited items, but it’s not listed at menus in person. You’ll have to order online to get these items. I guess it’s a way for people to sign up online. That’s why I couldn’t get a limited 9pc ($17.99), but just 8pc ($23.99). Really good deal though.

Very bad experience. We ordered a 5-piece chicken tender combo. The staff never asked what sauce we wanted and gave us two of the same sauce. When I asked for honey mustard, I was told sauces are not free, even though I had already placed and paid for my order. The employee walked to the register and started arguing and trying to charge me for sauce. To stop the situation, I immediately returned one unopened sauce and only exchanged it for honey mustard. My daughter became very upset watching adults argue over a single sauce and didn’t want to eat anymore. Completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. We won’t return to this location.

Came here last week for lunch. Haven't had a Popeyes in a while. I got the 2 chicken tender, 2 shrimp meal. When I asked for sauce, they said that was only for the wings or something. What? So I ended up with no sauce, not even cocktail sauce for the shrimp. What a cheap store this is. I saw at least one other review where this store skimped on sauce too. Wow.

This store consistently takes 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich with no customization take-out on a not busy day. Staff takes an average of 15 seconds to understand what they need to do and another 15 seconds wandering around PER ORDER. Uber eats told me it should be ready at 11:42am. They started making my food at 11:56am. How is that acceptable???

Best American fried chicken chain store. I recommend Cajun fries, spicy dark meat, and chicken tenders. If you like spicy and grizzly, this is the place. If you want healthy food, please go to chipotle. Tips: Use the app to get good deals
