I came in today to get an alignment after purchasing new tires for my 17 Subaru WRX. The whole customer experience was great! From easy booking on their website and getting an appointment the next day to the quick alignment service and Cindy providing amazing hospitality while in the shop. I was recommended this place from my bro and I’m glad I went to check it out. The lounge area was so much fun to look through and appreciate how open it is in front of you so I was able to watch as they worked on my car. Staff were great and attentive. Kept me in the loop of what was going to be done, provided some recommendations and just chill vibes all around. It was one of the best alignment service experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back for my tire needs. Highly recommend!

Amazing place for any alignment and suspension work in the east bay! If you really care about your car and want the best come here. And if you're a car guy its a great place to hang out. Pop’s Tire Shop took care of a leaky tire valve on my aftermarket wheels. It was super easy to setup an appt with them and the team there is an awesome group of people that are passionate about what they do and care about the people they do business with. Will definitely be back with all my vehicles soon!

Cindy and the guys are the best! When I first stopped by, I saw a couple of repurposed shipping containers, a stack of Volk wheels, and an ebike. I knew I was in the right place! I made an 11am appt. for Sunday morning, and would just stop by after a local bike ride. I was about 20 minutes late, but they were super chill about it. They had the car up and went to work right away. Wheels down and receipt sent to my email by noon. That's 40 minutes to mount & balance four wheels and tires. Amazing speedy service! I don't know who Pop's is, but the shop reminds me of the tuner shops in Kyoto & Osaka - or someplace Takumi would take his Toyota if you catch my (Tokyo) drift. Definitely coming back!
