Stay away from this branch! It’s filled with incompetent people who love to become hostile, if you point out critical flaws in their service. Farkhunda is an entitled, rude and incompetent associate who gets hostile when asked simple questions about their broken ATM machines. She doesn’t understand that her job exists to solve customer’s problems. If you love getting lectured by angry incompetent people who love turning every sentence back on you, then this is the place to be. This branch should be replaced with competent people or be shut down, it’s an unnecessary cost center to the company. I’ve been banking with PNC for 15+ years, have had multiple business accounts, personal accounts and mortgage accounts. Funny enough I was there to shut down one of just business accounts since they didn’t address an issue with multiple fraudulent transactions via my ACH, NOW I’ll be closing ALL my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!! I would advise anyone looking to open an account to avoid this PNC branch, particularly on the West Coast, where its presence and operations appear relatively new and poorly managed. I say this from direct personal experience. In November 2025, I attempted to open a business account at this branch and was assisted by Sujata Bajpayee. While she was personable and persuasive in encouraging me to open the account, the process itself took over two hours, involving what appeared to be a thorough verification and onboarding procedure. Despite this, the bank unilaterally closed the account approximately three weeks later, without any formal notice, written explanation, or even a courtesy call from the employee who opened the account. This conduct is highly unprofessional and, in my view, unethical. Having previously been employed by PNC, I am familiar with internal practices and cost-cutting measures that often come at the expense of both customers and employees. In my experience, the bank has relied on shifting explanations and arbitrary decisions to justify actions that negatively impact individuals, including account holders and staff. The branch itself conveys a sense of instability and underdevelopment—something that is immediately apparent upon walking in. What is more troubling is the contrast between this reality and the outward friendliness of employees, which appears designed to mask deeper operational and compliance issues while drawing in new customers. This particular branch is actively damaging the reputation and goodwill that PNC as a bank has built over the years. The volume of dissatisfied customers reflects this reality. I regret not reviewing customer feedback prior to engaging with this branch. I am now in the difficult position of having to fight to recover my own funds, during a time when customers should be able to trust banks to safeguard their hard-earned money. Instead, this branch has repeatedly changed its position and policies without notice, all under the pretense of “providing service.” Based on my experience, this is not a bank—or a branch—that can be relied upon for transparency, accountability, or basic customer respect.

I have been banking with them for the last 3 years. Very professional and friendly service. They remember your name and details every time you visit and you get treated well. The front office person greets you upon arrival is not only very friendly but he is also helpful. Sujata Bajpai is the banker I have been interacting over the years. She goes out of the way in making sure your requests and tasks are completed. It is the people who make a difference and these individuals certainly make PNC bank a better place.

The staff personnel are friendly and laid back. They attended promptly to all my needs. They advised what is necessary for the account. Because their app doesn’t have all the features it is good that they have a branch in Fremont for quick access in the area. The bank is also not crowded on weekdays so transactions should be quick.
