John is outstanding about helping his clients find the home they are looking for. He listens to the client’s needs and provides great detail to help. Being a Contractor as well, John knows what to look for in a house as well as what costs would be to perform any work, be it to bring the home up to standard or upgrades and remodeling. John also helps you hang in there if something does not go as planned on the purchase. He is very knowledgeable in real estate and knows how to make your purchase as easy and sure as possible. I recently met John through an open house after I sold mine in a divorce. The Realtor that sold my previous house was more into selling homes than working with a buyer unless it was a high end purchase. John listened to my needs and understood my situation. Together with John and his Loan Officer Paul, I was able to find a house that is in great shape, has plenty of potential and in an area that is where I needed to be. Even amid an unprecedented global pandemic not only can John and Jennifer get the job done but they can get it done on time and with zero problems! John helped me through all the difficulties of buying a house during the first few days of Covid-19. The amount of unusual problems that came up from this virus was mind boggling but John was able to calm me down, walk me through and keep the purchase moving forward all the way through to the finish line. I would recommend John and Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell any property in Northern California. Made a great experience during a stressful time.

We met Jennifer at an open house in our area when we first started thinking of selling. She knew our area well and we got a good feeling about her so we kept her card. We dragged our feet though so by the time we were committed to selling, the market has slowed down. She was very upfront about it and let us know exactly what was going on, which we really appreciated. She explained the process and lined up contractors to get some of the larger things done we wanted to do to make us more appealing to buyers. She helped us stage the place and took all the pictures, which I think turned out much better than the original listing when we bought the place. She was always available to come by and answer any questions we had. Before our open house, she was there early to help us get the place ready so it showed it's best. We ended up getting multiple offers, and she sat with us to go through the pros and cons of each of them. There were some hiccups initially with the buyer, but she was very supportive of our needs (it was quite stressful for us!) and aggressively worked on our behalf to get the best price. We ended up getting more than we listed for while other places in very close proximity to us sat on the market.

O N T H E M A R K E T for 11 Days C L O S E D in 26 Days with multiple offers & S O L D over asking price! That's how good Petrocelli Homes Realty Group really is. So good, I went to them a few years ago when I bought my starter home & again this year (2018) when I decided to sell it. It has seemed that Jennifer's professionalism & experience has matured throughout the years from when I first bought my townhouse to closing of escrow. I didn't think it was possible since she was already so organized & diligent about her work, but there was something different this time around. It was as if it were second nature to her & it showed through her confidence and hard work in getting top dollar for our return. Buying/Selling is S T R E S S F U L, no matter what side of the coin you're on. Jennifer brought comfort, clarity, & support through this stressful process, which was much appreciated.
