We scheduled what was supposed to be a routine preventive annual visit for our kid, but later received an unexpected copay charge because a brief mention of dry skin/allergy symptoms was apparently billed as a separate diagnostic issue without any clear disclosure during the appointment. More concerning, the clinic also failed to properly manage the vaccination records, 3rd DTaP vaccine was not correctly logged during record transfer, and the clinic also missed the required age-4 DTaP dose, which later caused delays and stress during school registration when the school identified the vaccination record as incomplete. For a pediatric practice, accurate immunization tracking and clear billing transparency are basic expectations. Unfortunately our experience fell short in both areas.

worst ever received service from the hospital ,was late by 8 mins for the appointment that to cuss lost with the address its says 3200 but my appointment was on another building the way the nursing staff treated me as if i was late forever and did some huge mistake no consideration for patient or how sick he or she is just about timing and appointment ,felt like just they where pretending from outside
