Very impressed with the customer service here and the level of care. Walking in you definitely feel the welcoming environment. Isabella was especially friendly and treated us extremely well. We were recommended to come here and were not disappointed. The 4.9 star review speaks for itself surprised it’s not a 5 star because it definitely deserves it!

We had amazing experience with Dr. Patil. My son got his braces 3 years ago and now he is completely off with retainers. The doctor was always very nice and explained about his treatment after every milestone appointment. Would highly recommend. Thanks Dr. Patil

This orthodontist is amazing! I definitely see the family environment here especially with all the staff they communicate well and explain everything especially Isabella she was so kind to us and made us feel welcomed and all the other staff working as well. Good customer service is so hard to find these days and being here really felt everyone cared about me and my family. I’m so glad I made the decision to come after I was referred by a friend. I was still a little hesitant but after checking the reviews it makes perfect sense why so many customers have great things to say about here.

The staff is friendly and they make kids feel good with all the games, goodies, etc, but I am not sure the treatment is done well. We are not happy with the results. The final visit - they dont really walk you through before and after unless you specifically ask. We did not even see any noticeable difference after 2 years of treatment. Upon request, the dentist does not even come and talk to you, let alone on her own during visits. My kid said the staff in the back office seems junior and they even forgot to tighten/adjust the wires during one visit. I have gone through this process with my older child at another clinic (couldn't go thete since the dentist retired) and the dentist used to walk us through the interim changes and definitely before/after treatment which was a world of change. Overall, the office has great reviews but I am skeptical recommending them to anyone

The quality of the treatment is good but there are so many delays, especially when you are transferring. The doctor is late, even though we arrived on time for the appointment. The prices are really expensive. They charged 500 for a retainer replacement even though it wasn’t our fault.
