My husband and I loved working with Paul on the sale of our house in Morgan Hill. At what was a very hectic time with a tight schedule, Paul was calm, thoughtful and exceptionally professional. His team is just as wonderful, from the escrow coordinator to the cleaning crew to the photographer and videographer. Paul explained every step of the process to us and gave us all the information we needed to make smart decisions along the way. It was a crazy time, but this part of our move was the smoothest and because we were so well informed, there were no surprises. All of the work we put into the house, from cleaning to staging to photos and video, was well worth it and Paul was able to get an above asking offer our home in just 3 days! Thank you, Paul!
