I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank our real estate agent, Paul Cardozo, at Everhome. He truly went above and beyond in helping my parents sell their home. They had lived in the house for over 40 years and were deeply attached to it, so the idea of selling felt overwhelming. They’re not very comfortable with technology, and I live abroad, so I wasn’t able to be there to support them as much as I wanted. That’s where Paul made all the difference. We came to Paul because he knows Fremont through and through. He is not pushy at all and down to visit as many houses as it takes to find the home that works best for you. He also has a keen eye on what to look for and sees things you weren't aware to look for. My boys always love having Paul around, always look forward to fist bumping and chatting him to death. He has assisted us from searching all the way through purchasing and making sure we're aware of any red flags. After purchasing, he assembled his renovengers! (Ahem...Renovating Avengers). And the house is almost complete and ready for move in at this point. Next phase will be to sell the current house and we have nothing but faith in Paul and team to get us through that too. ~Full update when all said and done~

We bought our first home with Paul about 6 months ago and are super happy with it :) Paul is very fun to interact with and a honest person. Paul is native of Newark-Fremont area and knows the in-and-outs of these neighborhoods. During home search process, Paul found several interesting opportunities we had missed. He had a good sense of potential sale prices too (which you can't get from RedFin/Zillow during hot market). When visiting a potential home, Paul offers a very objective assessment of the home - both the flaws and the strengths. He also provided us with very close estimates of fixing the house. Once we put in the offer and before closing, Paul was responsive and answered all our questions with great patience. He guided us through each step of the process. Paul was even more helpful after we closed on the house. He helped us connect with right contractors and high quality-affordable servicemen. He was (and still is) is a great resource to answer any questions related to home ownership and maintenance. In all, he was a great agent who got us into an amazing home, and continues to be a great friend and an important resource in the real estate community.
