I really like this credit union for the people, service, and benefits. When I arrive and drpart, the security guard always holds the door open for me, which I consider kind and professional. The tellers are always very friendly and helpful too. What I do not like is that the line for the tellers is on the other side of the room, and whether waiting in line behind 1 person or 12, the line seems to always move slowly. The most tellers I've ever seen working at any one time is 2-3. I don't mind that each customer is given the attention required by the teller for good service, but it seems that there should at least be one more teller. In addition, there should be a line for disabled customers. Standing for a long period of time for seniors and physically disabled folk (even pregnant women) can be very challenging and there should either be a line giving them priority, or at the very least, a bench or two that gives the customers a place to rest as needed. Even if the bench is not in the line itself, customers could be given a number so the order of arrival is still respected, while giving the customer a place to rest while waiting. Adding these to the services would make a more wonderful and improved experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Jamese Black. She was very kind, helpful, and very considerate. She took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s always a pleasure meeting someone who is so capable.

Nice credit union. I’ve been with them for a decade now, has always been solid “bank” for me. I like that that there are coffee and tea available for visitors :)

I have been a customer for many years and I have never had a better experience than with Jamese at the Fremont, Ca branch. She is top tier with her friendly customer service and she is very throughly and extremely knowledgeable. She is the only reason I bypass multiple other locations and come straight to the Fremont location!!
