Every other year when I visit my home away from home, I gotta have me some Panda Express. My Chinese friends don’t understand. This joint is kept clean and bright. Food’s on par. Rice was fluffy and noodles weren’t drenched in oil. Everything else was just as you’d expect from any Panda or fast food joints. But Tina and Nooran were extremely friendly. With smiles and an upbeat tone, they differentiate themselves from the usual “you-owe-me-money” attitude from most of other fast food servers. Good memories kept and served.

Quick meal spot , bento box style entree and side combo. Service was quick and place was neat. Not a fancy one and recommend it for quick and price friendly Asian food. Note - the fried red chilli were little spicy but adds little crunchy flavor though.

I went to panda express today, I go minimal once or twice a week, have been for over 15 years. I was out of town for several months, when I came back, I was creating a panda express. I went in and proceeded to order. RIGHT AWAY, I COULD TELL SOMETHING WAS WRONG AFTER THE EMPLOYEE ONLY FILLED MY RICE ORDER. MAYBE 60%. Usually, a rice order is over the top of the container, this employee only went below the rim of the container.I have never seen this before, considering rice is the cheapest thing, you can get and highly profitable. I proceeded as the employee. Are you gonna put more rice in there?Snap, filled up, he said, that's a full odor and moved on to my next item, which I wasn't through speaking about the rice situation, but he didn't want to hear anything about it.And moved on. We went for my other two orders which we're also not completely filled.Definitely not completely filled. He said again curtly, that is a full order. Keep in mind.I've been going to panda for over 15 years. So upon paying and checking out, I asked dekal share who was the manager. SHE SAID IT WAS MOHAMMED, AND HE HAD BEEN THERE FOR 3 MONTHS. Now I realize what was going on, new manager cutting portions to push the profit margin up. I told my friend about this. Then, she said she noticed the same thing over the last several months. Soooo it's not just me, MOHAMMED THE NEW MANAGER IS SHORTING PORTIONS. YOU'VE LOST MY BUSINESS HERE AT THIS LOCATION. PANDA AND MY FRIENDS BUSINESS.

It was so crowded on Friday's evening. I ordered my food online and arrived at Panda Express a couple of minutes before the pickup expectation time. I was waiting but since there were so many customers (could be so many online order as well), my order was not ready even after 10 min of the pickup expectation time. The service stuff who had told me a couple of times "your order will be soon ready, please wait" and I was waiting with my patience. The service stuff suddenly gave a cup and told me "Thank you for waiting and please have a drink from the Soda Fountain Machine." I felt how great this customer service was. After a couple of minutes, my order was finally ready. The service stuff gave me a million smile and said "Thank you for waiting and enjoy your meal!" Panda Express at Fremont & Walnut is not only 5 star for foods but also another 5 star for the customer support. I would recommend everyone go there.

This location is the only PE in Fremont that sell hot and sour soup. As long as they still serve it, I will come here every week or whenever I am craving for H&S soup. The soup is simple mostly just mushroom, egg and little bit of tofu. No meat which is perfect. The entrees are also delicious. Always my go to place for chinese fast food. I prefer this americanized chinese food cooked by non-chinese people lol.
