Our son started toddler room 3 months back. This is his second day care. And we are very happy with the care. We are seeing so much improvement with his overall development. He is happy. All teachers are great, specially Karen teacher, my son loves her. Big thanks to all teachers for their patience and care. They have such great activities planned with kids throughout the day. Kids look very well entertained. My son started counting numbers, identifying colors, ABC in just few months. Their procare app is great for kids updates. Its very thorough and detailed.

Palm academy was great for my son. We were in the infant class from 4 months to 18 months. Teachers were super attentive and communicative. Would gladly send future children here!

We love Palm Academy. My kids, nieces and nephews practically grew up there. All of them went there for preschool and afterschool enhancement program, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The teachers are loving, caring, and dedicated to the kids. They don’t just watch the kids. They nurture them, celebrate their milestones , create an a warm , supportive environment where kids feel safe and are excited to learn everyday.

We enrolled our infant at Palm Academy, paid the registration fee and security deposit, and our child attended only one day. This is the only place where they charge security deposit along with registration fee before the child starts. Due to a change in personal circumstances, we notified the school immediately that we could not continue and asked for a one-time goodwill exception or partial refund after deducting the one day of care. They refused and relied strictly on the agreement, including the non-refundable deposit and 30-day notice policy. I understand the agreement has those terms, but I was very disappointed by the lack of compassion or flexibility given that our baby attended only one day. Also, during my limited interaction with the teachers, I personally did not get the warm, reassuring feeling I would expect when leaving an infant in daycare. Since my child attended only one day, I cannot speak to long-term classroom care, but my first impression did not make me feel confident to continue my child there. Parents should read the contract very carefully before enrolling. Based on my experience, Palm Academy will keep the full deposit even if your child attends only one day. I would not recommend enrolling unless you are 100% certain you will continue.

Palm Academy is great place where you can bring your little one to there and feel confident that your little one will be taking care of well by the teachers over there with warm heart and patience. We have our little boy over there since his 8 months, and we feel that our boy is comfortable staying there and enjoy playing with other kids. The teachers are very patience when taking care of our boy, especially his has a unique feeding problem, but the teachers are all working together and trying multiple ways to help feeding him. We are appreciated their efforts and warm hearts, and hope that our boy will continue to enjoy the time over there.
