Hi, I already contacted you about the poor condition of my vehicle after your service, but after a closer inspection it is even worse than I initially thought. The carpets were not properly shampooed and still have visible dirt and stains. In addition, multiple interior areas were completely missed — including door panels, handles, cupholders, and dashboard surfaces, which still have dirt, residue, and debris present. There was even trash left inside the vehicle. This is not consistent with a professional detailing or shampoo service, especially at the price of $280. I was also unable to address this in person because the shop was closed at pickup. I have clear photo evidence of all of these issues. At this point, I am requesting a full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my bank and leaving detailed reviews documenting my experience. Please respond as soon as possible with a resolution.

I visited Pacific car wash for the first time I was suggested the Deluxe Wash and upon asking interior clean and mat clean I was suggested Mini Detail for 75$ There is good seating area and a small pond inside with fish and turtles, there are parrots too. The white one says hello. The Work I must say I am Dissatisfied with the service The different service tiers all seem the same. My car was not fully cleaned and had to open the trunk and call one of the folks cleaning . He said that is what they do. After returning home observed that some parts of the top of vehicle was not clean. I saw some scratches as well(may be due to brush) This place seems to do a Average Job I will NOT recommend this place

I had such a great experience at Pacific Car Wash! The service was fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What really stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere inside—they even have turtles and koi fish, which made the whole visit feel relaxing and unique. My car came out super clean, better than I expected. You can tell they really take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!

Great service and atmosphere while waiting. While it’s a bit pricey if you want the ultra-wash to thoroughly clean inside and out and make the car smell good too, they do a detailed job and it’s like brand new so it’s totally worth it every once in a while. Regular maintenance is super affordable here and the service team isn’t here to play. They take their job seriously. Wait times vary depending on type of service. Ultra-wash is usually 30 -40 minutes if it’s not too busy.

Overall a wholesome experience... Entered the seating area only to discover a hallway full succulents 🌵and indoor plants 🌱, a pool full of vibrant koi fish 🐠and basking turtles 🐢, a sweet senior ginger cat 🐱🐈 and a curious macaw 🦜 that overly greets you! 🩷 The service felt value for money! They offer 4 levels of service, cheapest being $33 and the highest being $47. The interior detailing was on point, on the exterior the bird droppings did not fully disappear. Still had traces of them, but alcohol wipes did the job. Still worth the money. The polishing was also very detailed. You could enjoy a cup of free coffee or tea!! Tips are kinda expected and their 'new car's is great! 😄
