The haircut I showed the barber (like three times) didn’t match the haircut I got. The front was okay (not super happy about it either though) but the back didn’t match the desired one at all. Extremely disappointed. Also, they cut the hair way too small (2-3 inches shorter than what I showed) when I specifically told him exactly like the one. Also, they don’t even examine the desired cut carefully. I still gave one star since they mostly do good.

Cheap, but horrible service. He cuts peoples nose hair with his clippers and doesn’t sanitize/cleans for the next customer. This is a critical in barber school and can lead to serious health issues. Also Several times he cut low length on the bottom head and did not care to blend the fade. Dirty guy. Never going again.

This place is convenient and affordable for haircuts. While the service isn’t perfect, no appointment is needed. My son always gets his haircut on weekends because there’s a young, skilled barber who does a great job.

Horrible customer service. I walked in to get a haircut and the gentleman was having lunch so I respectfully asked how long the wait would be and he said “I need to finish my lunch, you can leave if you want.” Not once did I tell him to hurry up or say anything disrespectful. This is not how you treat your customers.

I recently took my 2-year-old for a haircut, and while the lady did an okay job, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The main issue was the pricing — I was charged double the amount listed on their own price board for a child’s haircut. When I asked about it, there was no clear explanation. For such a young child, the haircut was very simple and quick, so it really didn’t justify the extra cost. I expect businesses to be transparent and consistent with their pricing, especially when parents trust them with their little ones. Overall, it felt unfair and left a bad impression. I hope they can improve their honesty and communication so other parents don’t face the same issue.
