On Trac is the worst delivery service by far. Their delivery driver on 2/21/26 at 11 am in Alameda, CA is a liar and did not even attempt to deliver my package to a UPS store that was open from 9 am to 5 pm. The minute I received a text message stating the delivery was deplayed due the business being closed at 11 am I quicky called the UPS store and they were wide OPEN. I then walked to the UPS store to confirm they were open and indeed they were! This driver either lied or did not even get out of their truck. Customer service is worthless. You can't speak to any one live only via chat. Not one customer service representative took the initiative to recall the driver or do anything to rectify the situation. Instead customer service stated they would look into thr issue in 48 hours! Even though I need my package today! I told Viktos and Lululemon if they continue to ship utilizing OnTrac they will loose my business. Customers and businesses beware. Has anyone looked at OnTrac reviews, they have 1 star on every platform for a reason! This is the second instance an OnTrac deliver has lied regarding attempting to deliver a product. Same situation both occasions, the driver states the business is closed, but in reality the business is open! Today the driver stated our business was closed at 4:14 pm when the business is open until 5:00 pm! This company and their employees are liars and can not be trusted. I am calling Roark and canceling my order if they do not use a reputable delivery company such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Every company needs to stop doing business with OnTrac or they will continue to liar to customers.

The staff was really helpful and polite. Shout out to Devante for trying to help as much as he could. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to assist in retrieving my package.

If I can rate zero. They don’t deliver to right location, they dropped off your package to anywhere they think it’s convenient for them. The address with units number is shown on the label they don’t deliver to your front door but public area in your neighborhood. It’s so irresponsibility.

July 14, no package , no one answers the phone at the Fremont number listed … they used to arrive in morning or by one … I give them an F grade today . Berk Ca

Ontrac left my package by the front left tire of my mom's car, in her drive way. The package was not discovered until the next morning. The email Ontrac sent me said the package was delivered at 5:30 pm with no picture of the delivery and it was found 9:30 am the next day. I only found the package because the company that used Ontrac received a photo of the delivery, and described it to me over the phone. I tried to contact Ontrac about the issue. There are no working phone numbers to contact a live employee. There is one number that works but it is only for texting and redirects to their website, where can only use chat to converse with an employee. My conclusion is to boycott all companies that use OnTrac until they change their delivery company.
