I have always loved shopping at OLD NAVY and was therefore thrilled to find one so close to my new residence in central Fremont. The store is well kept and well managed. Helpful service staff and new self checkout service. Four stars only because I find the garment quality to have gone down as compared to same other stores. They seem to not fit so well and the workmanship is shoddy, specially in women Capri and ling dresses. I hope they provide more variety to select quality. Summer umbrella not found good one to select.

Very nice very beautiful but do not have that much option of in close of the girls but it was very nice and then I was finding my size but the quality of the clothes is not good that much how much they are taking money from us but overall it is good because you can find your size

Great easy to find clothing. The two associates were great forget their names,shopped at the store 8/16/2025. Best part the rest room was clean

Friday night. The week before school goes back. Absolutely nobody working. Needed help finding sizes no one. At check out 15+ waiting in line. FIVE ladies at the counter ONE working. Everyone else refused to help. People got out of line and dropped there items and left. Yet another reason just to shop online
