Food looks amazing on the menu board, but the quality was horrible in real life. I got the number one and both meats we poor quality. I called to complain ,but immediately got an attitude. I tried to explain to "the Manager" but he didn't want to hear it. I asked for the owner and told him I wasn't driving back down there and he hung up on me. This images are a #1.

I ordered here for the first time on 9/13/23 Meat tastes like dish soap. I called to let them know but the guy that answered the phone doesn't speak English. How ironic? My food is going in the trash.

The nastiest chicken taste chewy not a lot of meat and the meat in there is gross wasted 40$ on this wouldn't even give it to a dog rice was hard and Mac had no flavor if we didn't go to the one in Fremont I would've gone back I'm tired I just got off work I have two kids I don't have time to go back and forth I called to complain and they just kept me on hold for hella long I'm irritated and hungry don't come here just cook at home

Did a large Party tray order for my son’s graduation party. Did 3 orders of the “10 servings” of Chicken Katsu, Short Ribs and also macaroni salad. Total was a little less than $140. Didn’t seem too bad until I got my food. They serve the food in these large trays covered with foil. When you get your food, it looks like the tray is completely full of food. This is where they get you. The tray is 90% filled with shredded cabbage. I would have gotten more food if I would have ordered just ordered 5 of the individual meals of each protein. When you order short ribs for the individual meal, you’ll normally get about 3 pieces with rice and macaroni. When I ordered the party tray, it literally had 10 pieces of short ribs. How does that make sense? Don’t let the party trays think you’re getting more food. You’ll be paying for nothing but shredded cabbage. It’s really sad, because this place does have some good food. It just didn’t come through for us on the party trays. It was quite the rip off.
