This review is in the hope that NYFifth will NOT just gloat about 85% but turn the remainder 15% around: why would you be satisfied with ANY disapproval? I became the 15% when nothing happened after the trustful 2-3 weeks wait for production and delivery. When I inquired after the silence, I was told 'still waiting for your imprint approval,' you know darn well you would NOT have already taken my $mucho without imprint approval. Then I was NOT moved up the queue but still had to wait another 2 weeks. That is NOT good customer service, there was NO communication except when I phoned. Lucky 1 Star for NYFifth.

Let tell you this company is crap. I ask for a Richardson 112. And they sent a cheap foam trucker hat. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service. They ran my credit card for an order that I never approved. When I complained they said they couldn't do anything. Overall terrible company to do business with.

We ordered embroidered back packs ( a pretty large amount), just a few weeks before Christmas. They were willing to work with us on getting the order in time before we left for the holidays. The quality of the products were great and the embroidery was exactly what we wanted.

I orchestrated a large order of embroidered hats and couldn't have been happier with the support and customer service from NYFIFTH. Order was filled perfectly and arrived days earlier than promised. Great website with real people to talk to on the phone. Highly recommend this company.

Great company. Quality products. We order uniform shirts from them for our employees and they are very nice quality. The shipping is pretty fast. They have great customer service skills!
