Convenient Location near fremont bart station/washington hospital area. Lots of parking spaces around the compound with special dedicated Blue placard parking space as well. Staff are efficient and respectful though they have a lot of volumes of patients coming in with appointment and or walk ins so make sure you have tons of patience with you when you come in. They have 3 windows for receptionist but sometimes only 1 or 2 are working so please be mindful of that. I came early today as a walk in for Xray. I waited about 5-8mins to be checked in as the staff was on the phone assisting somebody which is okay.She is very respectful and fast in helping me. The XRAY tech named ALEX helped me today and HE was Amazing, He was so patient and professional and made my xray visit less anxiety provoking. Waiting area is small with only 6-7 chairs but I noticed that people easily comes and goes. The space is clean and equipped with sanitizers around.I am happy with my experience today in this facility. Though my concern is their Main door,it is so heavy to open/close it.Hopefully they can work on it.

If you have another option, choose that one. They were more than an hour behind schedule. The guy that called me back to do my MRI didnt explain anything and was very hard to understand, which isnt a problem itself except for he kept asking me questions AFTER he told me to put in earplugs that he handed me AFTER they got dropped on the floor and continued even after the headphones were on and i was being slid into the machine. He seemed rushed and i got the impression he was a trainee. He told me to lockup my valuables(watch wallet keys) but never told me to remove my belt or any metal. When they walked me into the room and told me to lay down on the table thats when I TOLD THEM i was wearing a belt and suspenders. Its not my responsibility as a patient to do their job and follow very basic MRI safety stuff. What if I didnt know any better and got in the machine with metal on? Also over heard them saying the machine was left on overnight but " we already did 3 MRIs so it should be fine". Also in my previous MRIs the technician would let me know through the headphones when I was quarter way through, halfway through, three quarters of the way through etc. Also, this machine in particular was VERY LOUD AND I FELT HEAT ON MY BACK THAT IVE NEVER FELT DOING THIS BEFORE...RADNET needs more training. The young lady tech was the only saving grace. I wont be back to this location.

The woman at the front desk could not have been more pleasant. Very personable, welcoming, and great representative for this location. The x-ray technician was a bit off putting. I was there for my 12yr old son to have his hip x-rayed. He asks my son where he is hurting. He points to is left hip/upper leg. Then the technician looks at me and asks, “why does the doctor need an x-ray for both hips?” To which I reply, “I don’t know, I’m not the doctor.” Now the tech is ready to begin and asks me to step outside. Having been through x-rays before at this location I’m aware that patents can stand behind the glass in the adjoining room. He should know better than to isolate himself in a closed room with a minor. While not an OSHA issue, most healthcare systems strongly discourage this and require a chaperone. I am not accusing this individual, rather trying to point out the need for precaution and awareness of guardians and the facility to prevent any potential issues.

Everyone was nice and professional at the same time. It was my first time doing the bone density exam and he put me at ease by explaining how simple it was. The mammogram technician was very friendly and explained every step and helped me do it

Great staff, from reception to the technicians. Jake and Gwen were exceptionally helpful and kind. The receptionist was patient and knowledgeable. The office was clean and orderly.
