Ninna has been our insurance agent for several years, covering multiple homes and vehicles. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I'm never pressured to purchase unnecessary products, which I appreciate as some agents can be pushy. Her office manager, Laura, is also very knowledgeable and, between the both of them, I always get a quick response and thorough answer.

I just love Ninna and her team. I've been with them for more than 15 years and I've always had excellent and responsive service. When I'm lucky enough to get Ninna she always asks how I'm doing and it feels reassuring that she takes to time to ask after her clients. I receive regular updates from the office and Ninna and her team check in to see if I need any other services. I'm in good hands with Ninna! She's the best!

Ninna has been my agent for over 10 years now, and she has proven to be one of the best agents I've ever worked with, in any industry. I have various policies from life to car to rental insurance, and with every one Ninna will sit down, take the time to speak with you and help you understand everything it is you're paying for. She will patently answer every single question, even if you ask multiple times! I know from experience! She's absolutely wonderful! She doesn't push unnecessary policies nor call you up cold asking you to buy something you don't want/need. She works with you, 100% of the time to find the best possible policies that are for and apply specifically to you. She's absolutely outstanding!
