There was a pharmacist by the name of DaLaunn B. I was outside of the pharmacy sitting on the stairs after a minor anxiety attack. She stepped outside and after seeing me, asked "are you waiting for medicine?", I responded with "yes...". She then asked if I got text notifications if my order was ready. After responding with a yes, she prompted me to "wave at me. I'm at window 5 today and I'll help you right away. You don't have to wait in there." And I nodded. THIS. This is the hand I want to be for people, she did not ask if anything was wrong, if something was bothering me. She made no assumptions... she just showed me what I haven't seen in a long time... Humanity. Thank you for helping me get my medicine as I was having a "this isn't worth living" episodes. I'm a patient that has SI and C PTSD. She didn't know that, she didn't have to. She was just compassionate.

Always friendly & helpful at this pharmacy. Wait times are usually not too long; shelves are usually well stocked with OTC items. Helpful service is the most important thing to me

I came here around 9am and spent 20 minutes for finding parking. I received my medication within 10 minutes. There was no line at that point. Wish Niles pharmacy has own parking for pickup medicines only.

I checked in to pick up medication from Kaiser Fremont Niles Pharmacy for the first time. The staff were happy serving the people who were there. I had no voice and could not speak, the staff who helped me had compassion and gladly picked up an OTC medication and told me to get well soon. I felt seen and I pray blessings and favor to the people who make a difference in this place.
