My family recently worked with Nida to sell our Fremont home. Throughout the process, Nida was nothing short of amazing! She was always available for questions (even during late nights) and was very professional in every interaction. While our house was being prepared to be put on market, she kept an eye on market trends in the area as well as how comps were doing to help guide us on pricing. She used her social media presence to advertise our home which got us huge traffic (100+ people) during the open house. At the end, she used her strong negotiation skills to negotiate an offer within a week that we ultimately could not resist: 1) significantly over asking 2) with a quick close and 3) higher than comps in the area I would recommend Nida in a heartbeat to anyone that is looking to sell their home.
