My family moved away from Newark in a whirlwind and we asked Nicole to handle the listing for our house based on the reviews from several friends in our neighborhood. Her team did a fantastic job modernizing our home and then, Nicole did a great job selling it. She was so responsive and honest with questions, and was so efficient and on the ball. We never felt like we were put on the back burner. I'm so glad we trusted her with our house!

Deciding move to Ohio in 2022 we needed to sell our Newark home of 30 years. After interviewing 3 agents we chose Nicole & were comfortable with our decision. Arranging inspections, advising on updating aesthetic appeal (gently!), deep cleaning, staging, etc. Nicole was very thorough & kept in frequent communication with us which was important as we had already moved to Ohio. Except for what we chose to deal with ourselves the process was quite easy. Which is why we turned to Nicole again recently when my MIL passed unexpectedly & the family chose to sell her home in Fremont. She quickly organized her teams for inspections, removal of furniture & deep cleaning and sold the house as is quickly & efficiently. Again communication was key as my husband was dealing with the sale from Ohio. We were again pleased with Nicole's attention to detail & ability to ease us through the process.

We were so lucky to have Nicole represent us as our listing agent when we sold our house in Fremont. She gave so much valuable advice about how to attract potential buyers and maximize interest. She offered great tips about remodeling, color selection, flooring, lighting, staging, and even landscaping. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions promptly and thoughtfully. Nicole is a consummate expert in the local real estate market. I was a first-time seller, and working with her made a fairly intimidating and mysterious process incredibly smooth and easy. I inherited my childhood home and after a couple years of renting it out, I decided to put it on the market. I live in Southern California and was concerned that I'd have to spend a lot of time commuting back and forth to deal with the sale - but with Nicole's help, I was able to complete the whole process remotely, with basically no effort or inconvenience at all. She and her team were responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and always made time to answer my questions. Her suggestions were all well grounded in research and her deep knowledge of the local market. Nicole has sold so many local properties that she knew my house and my neighborhood better than I did. I felt confident in taking her recommendations on everything from the updates to the list price - and she was spot-on. The renovations and staging completely transformed the house.
