Arturo from New Pizza Italia is truly the heart of the restaurant. He is so warm, friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and he makes every visit feel like an experience rather than just a quick stop to pick up food. You can genuinely tell that he values the customers who walk through the door. Arturo puts real care into customer care. He goes out of his way to make people feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of, and that kind of kindness makes such a difference. His positive energy and thoughtful service are a big part of what makes coming to New Pizza Italia so pleasant, and is why I’m coming back! Thank you, Arturo, for making my first visit feel special!

First time trying this place. Food tasted amazing-Lasagna was piping-hot and fresh. Sauce tasted terrific. Chicken Parmigiana was lightly breaded and juicy. Lots of tomatoes 🍅 Definitely going to return.

Delicious Freshly made pizza and Stromboli. We got the Mini Margerita with fresh slice of tomatoes and basil. The stromboli is also my fave. Restaurant is newly re opened with an excellent customer service.The server is friendly,attentive and not snob and willing to answer all my questions. The ambiance is your typical pizza place nothing fancy buy has 3 mounted Tv's all over. Plenty of seating and it is clean

The food was good the second time I tried. I got the BBQ special pizza, garlic bread, and a calzone this time. All items were hot, fresh, and had good flavor overall. They took an unexpected amount of time to cook the 3 items, and we waited about 30-40mins to receive it. Though they were a little busy with a small dinner rush when we got there, providing an estimated wait time would have been helpful. Also, the employee who took our order remained on his personal cell phone, actively taking a call on speaker; he did this while taking several orders, very unprofessional. Atmosphere seemed appropriate for their name; however, there were tables that needed cleaning and remained dirty for the entire time it took to receieve the order. Overall, food was good, but service and cleaning needs improvement.

A must visit! Best Italian style pizza in Fremont !! So happy to have a go-to spot in the area. The owner is amazing and the staff is all super friendly, support your local businesses! We will definitely be back, so many options. I had a Hawaiian pizza craving and it was excellent, you can always tell quality by the crust, and this was phenomenal! Thank you New Pizza Italia!!
