Terrible company, I had fell behind a couple months payment, as I was waiting to hear back from neighbor customer service agents, reguarding all the door dings caused by others parking next to my space where my car is stored, as it is going to cost over $300.00 to have the dents removed. They offered nothing and after I paid in full and gave me a new next payment due date of 4/1/2026 i found my car had been towed by them and reviewed my messages and saw they sent me a message saying i was 60 days past due. What idiots, now it is going to cost me $650.00 and a bunch of time and hassle to get my car out. Now i need to spend time and energy to file a lawsuit to retrieve my money I will have to pay to get my car out and the money that I paid to park my car in the spot until 4/1/26. Dont use this idiotic company.
