My family and I have visited several times and have never been disappointed. There’s a wide variety of flavors, and everything is delicious. I especially love knowing that all their ice cream is organic. It’s also located in the heart of Niles, which is a charming area on its own. They have extended hours and plenty of parking available. Be prepared to pay by card, as they do not accept cash.

August 2025: Visited on a weeknight after dinner at Frederico's down the street. We chose to have single scoops, but wished for a second scoop soon after finishing. Recommend choosing another scoop in a complementary flavor! Or, go for the ice cream flight! Coffee is a favorite. Black sesame looked amazing, but salted caramel won. Almost considered the saffron pistachio as well. Hot mango had chili flakes - it was enjoyed. Nature's ice cream is in a large store front, across the street from the plaza. Plenty of air conditioned seating and standing room indoors with drink and cake offerings along the sides of the room. Front and center is the ice cream with 2 freezers on display, plenty of flavors available. Some vegan options available also. I'll definitely get the ice cream flight next time! Also, there is another location in Sunnyvale, near downtown /Murphy St.

I was in the mood for some ice cream and this happened to be one of the closest ice cream shops to me at the time. The space is huge with plenty of standing space. They have a wide variety of organic flavors and they have a few topping options. I got the Overnight Oats and Cookies n Cream (delicious) with a chocolate cone and sprinkles. The store rep was also knowledgeable about the ingredients and taste of most of the ice cream. My experience was A+ for sure! 🙌🏽

The ice cream flavours and taste is amazing. Must try! The location of the creamery is also in this cute little town which is very pretty for outdoor seating. We tried the mango, cardamom pistachios and butterscotch toffee and it was all very good. Will definitely visit this place again. The only thing that could improve is the attitude of the servers. They are slow and not friendly.

Very nice and friendly staff! Ice cream was great flavor! I got mango and saffron pistachio and chocolate chip. It’s very rich in flavor. Can’t wait to go again. Even after my ice cream melted made it home and put it in the freezer and the next day I ate it, it tasted the same! Which I am so surprised and amazed. And it was nice and creamy as well. I also asked the girl that was helping me where they made the ice cream and she said downstairs. And you don’t get that a lot from ice cream places. Can’t wait to try the coffee flavor they have but they were out of it when I went. 😣 but I recommend for you to try this place it’s so good! And friendly staff!!! 👌🏼
