Nargis is an exceptional agent recommended to us by friends. She was extremely patient with us, ensuring that we knew exactly how every step of the process would work. She's super quick with replies, and never seems to be off duty, rather working around our schedule, which was super helpful allowing us to fit this into our busy work and family lives. She is friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable about the entire area and not afraid to make suggestions. I would recommend Nargis in a heartbeat, and she is the person you would want on your side, especially in this highly competitive market. I highly recommend Nargis as an agent. She’s very professional and prompt in returning calls and answering questions. She was always on time for all of our scheduled tours. She’s extremely hard-working as she diligently provided us with all property disclosure and comps within a day if not on the same day for listed properties we expressed interest in. We worked with Nargis for a month and a half and thanks to her we recently closed on a property. She guided us through the entire buying process and her insights are on point with the current housing market. We wouldn’t have done so without her help! Nargis is just the kind of Realtor anyone would want when they are buying their dream home. She is such a Gem! She makes you comfortable, answers phone, reply to your messages, addresses your queries/concerns and if she do not have the answer to a question, she will work hard to get all the details for you.
