Dr. Nancy Serpa is an excellent primary care physician. She is thorough, thoughtful, and clinically sound, while also bringing a level of warmth and attentiveness which makes her easy to speak with about sensitive subjects. . She listens carefully, asks the right questions, and takes the time to consider the full clinical picture rather than addressing concerns in isolation. Her communication is clear, measured, and respectful, and I have always felt confident in her judgment and approach to care. Its rare to find a PCP that combines strong clinical expertise with genuine patient-centered care the way Dr.Serpa does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly capable primary care physician.
