Terrible place worst staff. They promise to send report with in 24 hours. I got mine in like 4 days. Tried calling emailing many many times but not response. And now it’s too late I already took another test. Also read others comments they are going to charge insurance $400 I didn’t went for Flu A, Flu B, RSV I told them I already did those tests earlier they still did those test on their own. And now going to charge insurance for it. Which will come back to me and if it does I will have to take action on it.

As a 2nd time customer of My Care Labs, and I can assure you both times were seamless and exceptional. From the moment I entered, it was a quick and easy check in with Ralph. He made me feel very comfortable. Ralph was very professional and very friendly which made me feel safe. I will for sure be coming back again for all my testing needs.

Great service! I went in with no appointment only had to wait like 10 mins. Staff was very friendly, polite and personable. Easy check in and quick service. Made me feel comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and sanitizing in between patients. I will be coming back again for all my testing needs.

Needed an urgent PCR test, and 'm very thankful for Ralph and MCL for helping me out. Ralph was very accommodating and understanding and helped expedite the entire process. I received a full report the same day. Ralph was also very personable, and provided supporting words in a time of great stress for me. I hope I dont have to come back, but If I do, this is the place I will go to. Thanks Ralph!
