Recently I reached to Murthy law firm for my abused I 765 v case . One of Domestic violence NGO filed for my I-765 v free of cost as I am victim of domestic violence . But my case got rejected . I have 2 kids and I have to provide for them too . I reached out to Murthy law firm , had appointment with Ms sheela Murthy , explained my situation , presented documents for rejection from USCIS in a hope that please help me if appeal is an option or not as per abused spouse law . She told me yes we should apply for appeal … for appeal they charged me $4500 and recently USCIS rejected my case again and said that we didn’t overlook anything and as per law I am not eligible to get work visa . Such a renowned firm and is not aware of laws and looted $4500 from me for nothing . They have not presented anything new , all documents were the same as presented before in case . I am feeling like robbed . The money which I could have used for my kids food & shelter … Murthy law firm looted from me .and my situation is worsened then before . Shame on Murthy law firm . And shame that they are running their business by charging insane amount of money and result is zero .
